Are you a professional with some work experience looking to further develop your skills? We also offer part-time and dual (work and study) master’s programmes. Master up your degree Graduates from a professional master’s programme at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences are awarded an MA, MBA or MSc degree, just like they would receive from a research university master’s programme.

From the psychological theories behind Game Design, to programming full-fledged playable games for clients, the program has not only given me the technical capabilities to work on games but has also allowed me to meet wonderful individuals. It is very internationalized, I had no trouble getting accustomed to everything and become a board member of a Gaming organization called Glitch.

Hrisiana Tachkova, alumna Game Design, year 2019

During the graduation phase, students were given the freedom to choose their own projects in which they could apply the knowledge acquired in the programme. I collaborated with the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG) in studying the genetics of post-nephrectomy residual renal capacity in living kidney donors. I am now starting a PhD programme in sensor technology.

Esther Tanumihardja, Indonesia,

During the third year of the International Business programme at Hanze UAS, there's a possibility to do an exchange in a country of your choice and a compulsory internship that allows students to sharpen their skills and apply their knowledge. Currently, I am working as a senior price quotation analyst at the biggest company of refractory materials in the world.

Anton Eskenazi, Russia

alumnus Bachelor’s in International Business, year 2017

One of the best things about the programme is the truly intercultural environment. My classmates come from twelve different countries from five continents! Intercultural awareness and a global view of the business' world is experienced at large throughout the programme. Each course presents us with different interesting activities: visiting world renowned companies, international events, workshops and personal development guidance.
