If you are an ambitious fresh graduate with 0-2 years of full-time work experience, the IESE MiM can help you to launch your career. You’ll graduate ready to start your first job in management and make a lasting mark. During the program you’ll develop the essential analytical skills and knowledge you need to succeed in entry-level management roles. You’ll also learn what it means to be an inspirational leader who puts people first and take your initial steps toward having a positive impact on the world.
The IESE YTP is a pre-MBA early admissions program for recent university graduates and young professionals with up to 2 years of full-time work experience (preference will be given to candidates with a secured job offer). If you are selected for YTP, your seat is reserved in the IESE full-time MBA for up to 4 years. When you join the YTP, you open a door to a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the benefits of the MBA, gain international experience and network with future classmates.
The IESE MBA is your deep-dive into global business. Delivered over 15 or 19 months, it offers depth, a breadth of knowledge and the option to gain hands-on experience of international business across five continents. You customize your learning with a choice of electives, internships, international modules and exchange programs. The MBA will have a profound and lasting impact on your career, and on your future.
