Founded in Lille in 1964, and being a member of the Université Catholique de Lille, the Conférence des Écoles and the FESIC, IÉSEG School of Management is one of the best management schools in the world and is part of the very select circle of Schools that have been awarded the triple accreditation EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA.  With a mission to empower changemakers for a better society, the School offers its 7,000 students, spread over its two campuses in Lille and Paris-La Défense, a wide variety of post-bac, post-graduate, executive and tailor-made programs for companies.

The Grande Ecole Programme

The 5-year “Grande École” Program, consisting of a 3-year Bachelor cycle, followed by a 2-year Master cycle, enables students to acquire solid knowledge while developing their skills through numerous opportunities for practical application. Upon completion of this program, they graduate with a “Master in Management” degree.

Bachelor in International Business

The Bachelor in International Business (BIB) is designed for students who are not afraid to stand up to the challenges posed by today’s global business landscape, have the ambition to make a serious impact in shaping our society, and strive to become real changemakers in their future careers. Through theoretical and applied courses, our Bachelor Program provides students with a solid understanding of the international business environment. The acquisition of an excellent foundation in the disciplines of management and the development of professional knowledge are assets for entering the professional sphere with confidence and serenity.

MBA

The IÉSEG MBA is a 13-to-16-month program offering three different specializations: an Executive track, an International track and a Leadership & Coding track. The IÉSEG MBA is accredited by AMBA and equips participants, executives, managers and leaders, either in their current position or in professional transition, to face various current and future challenges. The challenge of this program is to create sustainable value to have a positive impact on society and organizations.

ABOUT IESEG

Based on its “Internationalization at home” concept, IÉSEG offers a unique intercultural learning environment on its campuses.   

Not only are programs taught in English, but more than 80% of the permanent academic staff comes from abroad and more than 2,000 international students come to study on the School’s campuses each year. With 323 partner universities from 75 countries around the world, our students can also go on academic exchange anywhere in the world.  

This pedagogical approach also includes intercultural training sessions, involving exchanges and educational activities between students from different cultures.  


IÉSEG School of Management is one of the top Business Schools in France, ranked 6th in France and 26th overall in the Financial Times Masters in Management ranking.


IÉSEG, founded in 1964, is a non-profit association (law 1901), member of the Université Catholique de Lille, of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles and of the FESIC (Federation of Higher Education Institutions of Collective Interest). 


The governance of IÉSEG is based on three main bodies:


The Board of Directors, composed of personalities from the socio-economic world, has an essential supervisory function and defines the School’s strategy and objectives, in conjunction with the Management Board. 


The Management Board ensures the School’s sustainability and the implementation of the strategy within the various departments and services. 


Finally, the International Advisory Board, composed of personalities from the socio-economic and academic worlds, brings their international expertise to the School’s strategy and development.


IÉSEG is part of the very select club of French Grandes Écoles.


It is recognized by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research as an Institution and its programs have the Grade de licence (Bachelor in International Business) or a Grade de master (Grande École Program and Diploma of Specialized Studies in International Management – DESMI).  


Since 1997, the School has also been a member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE), which currently includes 38 other management schools.


In terms of international recognition, since 2016, IÉSEG has held the “Triple Crown” of international accreditations (less than 1% worldwide): EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA.
